The Redbarn Fingerlakes Farm is only 1 Mile from the Seneca Lake Wine Trail, and 5 miles to Watkins Glen. You will enjoy a cozy place to stay while enjoying our 4 cute Alpacas. This place offers privacy in nature with the benefits of being so close to so many amazing eateries, wineries, breweries and hiking locations.
We are local and can be available if needed. We would like all communication to go thru the AirBnB app. We will check in and give you your privacy and space to enjoy your time away from home.
Guests can enjoy the entire house and property! Nothing is shared besides the barn for the Alpacas. We ask that you do not enter the barn. Owners will be in and out, very quickly taking care of the Alpacas while you enjoy your visit.
We offer 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.
The primary bedroom ensuite offers a queen bed with a private full bathroom that offers 2 shower heads and all of the bathing amenities you will need. This suite also offers a couch that can be a pull out or just a nice area to relax.
At the other end of the house we offer 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom located in the hallway.
The living space is large with 2 couches, smart TV, games, books and puzzles for all ages to enjoy.
The kitchen offers an open floor-plan with a table that seats 6.

You will not want to miss the coffee and tea bar, outdoor patio with a BBQ and last but not least…. the SUNSET views off the back deck!
The Alpacas are fun to watch while enjoying almost 8 acres of privacy.
Take a small walk on the cut trails out back. They go into the woods and loops back around. We also offer an outdoor fire-pit to enjoy your family and friends. Hopefully, with a beverage and a great campfire story!
We allow ONE well-behaved dog with prior approval and pet fee. If you are booking with a pet, please send us an inquiry first. Thank you!
Pet policy:
We allow ONE well-behaved dog, that must be approved prior to booking. Please keep pets off furniture and bed, and crate when left unattended in the house. Pets must be leashed when outdoors and pet refuse disposed of properly in the dumpster.
Please respect the Alpacas and don’t allow your dog off the leash and into their space. Thank you!
