It’s been lovingly updated and is fully equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable Finger Lakes getaway. Lookout Landing is along the Seneca Lake Wine Trail and 5 miles to Watkins Glen. Enjoy the lake life with your four-legged friend, or soak in the hot tub under the stars!

Our Lookout Landing is conveniently located near Watkins Glen, Ithaca, Trumansburg and Geneva; boasting numerous artisanal restaurants and points of interest.
Enjoy everything the Finger Lakes has to offer by exploring the only National Forest in NY, experience the wine and beer trail of Seneca, Keuka and Cayuga Lakes, and hike the many gorges and waterfalls.
Corning Museum of Glass, Watkins Glen International Raceway and the iconic Cornell Campus are just 20-30 minutes away.
Guests will have access to the entire house, yard, and docks. 2 Kayaks are available for use, seasonally. (Memorial Day until Mid September)
Life Jackets are to be worn at all times and available.
Water shoes suggested due to the seasonal zebra mussels. ( small freshwater mussel that could hurt your feet at the bottom of Seneca Lake)
This newly updated lake house has 2 bedrooms ( queen bed in main bedroom and full sized bunk beds in the 2nd Bedroom)*** TOP bunkbed has a weight limit of 200lbs. 1 bathroom and washer and dryer. It boasts a spacious kitchen with a wet bar to enjoy your appetizers and drinks. It has an indoor and outdoor dining area with a BBQ. You will enjoy a comfortable seating area and a fire place during the cold months. The sunroom offers a cozy space to enjoy the lake views. From the Sunroom you can walk out onto the landing where you can soak and relax in the hot tub.
Seneca Lake is renowned for gorgeous sunsets. This property provides the perfect spot to watch the sun set while sitting in the hot tub, on the landing, or down by the water on the dock.
Guests have free parking next to the lake house with their own section of driveway.
**** extremely low to the ground sports cars may have a hard time coming out of the driveway, use caution and make a wide turn.

Pet Stays: We welcome ONE well-behaved, house trained dog with a prior approval from the host. This will be subject to pet fee/deposit. Dogs must be crated while un-attended. No dogs permitted on furniture. All pet refuse must be cleaned up and thrown in the outside garbage. If permission was given for an additional dog, there will be a fee of $50 for that additional dog.
